A roof’s temperature in summer can often reach 70 degrees, which radiates into the living space below and raises the temperature of residences, warehouses or offices. Additionally, the effect of hot roof cavities is that mould and condensation can build up, severely affecting the health and quality of air within a living space. The SolarArk SAV30 is a high-performing solar fan ventilator that can reduce roof temperatures by up to 30 degrees and room temperatures by up to 6 degrees when installed. The SolarArk SAV30 will continuously vent out hot air once the temperature rises above approx 25 degrees and will automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 24 degrees.
