This course is suitable for cleaners, restorers, facilities managers, and maintenance teams looking to expand their knowledge and services in hard floor and surface care. Training Details Training takes place at our Head Office at 9am , but we encourage you to arrive between 8:00–8:30am for introductions, to meet Paul and the other trainees, and to have a coffee.We start promptly at 9:00am. The course is usually completed by approximately 3:30–4:00pm, depending on closing questions. It is a training day, and you will get the opportunity to be hands-on if you wish — so please wear appropriate clothing for how hands-on you want to be. This course includes all refreshments throughout your stay at our head office.Please advise us of any special dietary requirements in advance.
